We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with strong experience in PLC programming, industrial control panel troubleshooting, and VFD commissioning/programming. The candidate should be capable of independently handling automation projects, diagnosing control system issues, and supporting site commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Configure and program Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) from various brands such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Delta, Yaskawa, etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical control panels, PLC systems, HMIs, sensors, relays, contactors, and field instruments.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and startup support for automation systems at site.
- Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Configure industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, etc.
- Support breakdown maintenance and provide technical solutions for automation-related issues.
- Coordinate with technicians, clients, and project teams during installation and commissioning.
- Prepare technical documentation, backup files, and service reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with VFD parameterization and commissioning.
- Good understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and automation panels independently.
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial communication networks and protocols.

Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and control systems.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
