Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our online visibility, brand recognition, and inbound user growth. Your core mandate is two fold: maximize customer footfall on our web platform and seamlessly convert that traffic into travel package bookings.
This role requires a unique balance of creative campaign execution and deep technical web optimization. You will use a modern tech stack—ranging from Google Analytics and standard SEO tools to next-generation AI growth platforms—to monitor web application performance, manage crawl budgets, and optimize our digital funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Social Media: Design, launch, and manage high-impact organic and paid social media/web campaigns aimed at promoting specific travel packages and boosting platform-wide customer engagement.
- Next-Gen Visibility (SEO & GEO): * Optimize web architectures and content to rank organically on traditional search engines (SEO).
- Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure our travel packages are cited by AI conversational models (e.g., Perplexity, Google Gemini, OpenAI).
- Technical Web Optimization: * Take charge of technical SEO elements including managing XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and routing architectures to ensure efficient handling by web crawlers.
- Continuously monitor and report on web app health, page speeds, and indexing issues.
- Link Architecture: Execute rigorous internal hyperlinking frameworks and high-authority backlinking strategies to establish domain trust and guide user navigation paths.
- Data-Driven Analytics: Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and specialized SEO software (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) to deep-dive into user behavior, traffic attribution, conversion metrics, and drop-off points.
- AI & Growth Hacking: Integrate advanced AI tools for predictive behavior modeling, rapid content ideation, programmatic SEO audits, and automated split-testing to scale website performance efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with web development, UI/UX design, and business development teams to translate analytical insights into frictionless web upgrades.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or digital e-commerce landscape.
- Search Engine Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of technical SEO, indexing mechanics, schema markup, and structural XML sitemaps.
- Modern Marketing Acumen: Clear conceptual understanding of GEO and how modern AI-driven conversational web properties discover information.
- Analytics & Testing: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and leading SEO audit tools.
- Link Acquisition: Demonstrated history of executing secure, high-authority white-hat backlinking campaigns.
- AI Tool Fluency: Practical hands-on experience utilizing AI platforms to streamline marketing workflows, analyze audience datasets, and enhance web landing pages.
