Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and approvals.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
- Track deliveries and provide regular updates to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain customer records, CRM data, and sales reports.
- Follow up on pending quotations and outstanding payments.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
