About the Role:
Parikh and Associates is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate to lead architectural and interior design projects. This role requires strong leadership, design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution
- Supervise and mentor a team of architects and designers
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for seamless project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution aligns with design intent and drawings
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective planning and execution
Required Skills & Software:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Experience with rendering tools such as D5 and Enscape
- Working knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D is an advantage
