Position: MEP Engineer

MEP Engineer – Site | Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all MEP works at site as per approved GFC drawings, specifications and BOQ.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and ELV works with the project team.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural works to avoid clashes and rework.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and identify delays/issues.
- Verify measurements, variations and contractor work executed at site.
- Witness and monitor testing, commissioning and performance of MEP systems.
- Maintain inspection records, RFIs, approvals, test reports and other MEP documentation.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, as-built drawings and final handover.
MEP Engineer – Site | Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant site experience in MEP works.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, GFC and shop drawings.
- Experience in site supervision, coordination, inspection and testing & commissioning.
- Knowledge of NBC, IS Codes and applicable statutory requirements.
- Good coordination and communication skills with contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
