MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Job Summary
The Salary & Compliance Executive will be responsible for payroll processing, attendance verification, statutory compliance, contractor compliance management, and maintaining employee salary records. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines
Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and salary inputs
Maintain payroll records and employee salary data
Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity
Prepare and submit statutory returns within due dates
Coordinate with contractors regarding compliance documents and wage records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle full & final settlements and salary revisions
Generate payroll MIS reports and compliance reports
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for salary disbursement
Manage employee queries related to salary and deductions
Maintain compliance documentation and audit records
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
Knowledge of PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and Shop & Establishment Act compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS
Good analytical and reporting skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Industry: Dairy/FMCG Industry preferred
Salary: As per company norms and experience.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
