Job description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in inbound CHAT process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities :
1. Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
2. Providing customer service through CHAT communication.
3. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.
Requirements:
1. Under graduate qualification.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
