About Us
We are a Chartered Accountancy firm providing professional services in Audit, Accounting, Taxation, and Corporate Compliance. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team and gain practical exposure to various areas of finance, taxation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Preparation and finalization of books of accounts and financial statements.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Preparation and filing of Tax Audit Reports and related documentation.
- Handling ROC compliances, including annual filings, incorporation-related forms, and other MCA filings.
- Preparation and reconciliation of GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
- Liaise with clients for collection of financial data and compliance documents.
- Assist in responding to notices and queries from Income Tax, GST, MCA, and other regulatory authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation and working papers for audits and compliance assignments.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Income Tax, GST, and Company Law.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with MCA, Income Tax, and GST portals.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- CA Inter / CA Articleship Candidate / B.Com / M.Com
- Semi-qualified CA candidates preferred.
- Freshers with good academic background may also apply.
