Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) who can generate new business by visiting corporate offices, banquet halls, hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, cafes, photographers, event planners, and other potential partners. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, building relationships, and converting opportunities into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential business partners daily across Delhi NCR.
- Generate new leads through field visits and networking.
- Build relationships with banquet halls, hotels, cafes, restaurants, schools, hospitals, photographers, event planners, bakeries, and corporate offices.
- Present Balloonify India's services and portfolio professionally.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Follow up with prospects until conversion.
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Daily KPIs
- 15–20 business visits
- 5 meetings with decision-makers
- 10–15 new qualified leads
- Daily activity report submission
- Consistent follow-up on existing prospects
Requirements
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with local travel across Delhi NCR.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Advertising, Corporate Sales, Banquet Sales, Hotel Sales, or Wedding/Event Industry will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
