Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive
Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Sadashivnagar, Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Explain project details and address customer queries.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer handling and convincing abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA Preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
