Job Summary
Ardee School Goa is seeking a passionate and experienced Spanish Teacher to inspire students in learning the Spanish language and understanding Hispanic cultures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, innovative teaching methodologies, and the ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment. Spanish is one of the world's most widely spoken languages, making it a valuable foreign language for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish language to students across assigned grades.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Foster listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Integrate cultural activities, projects, and events related to Spanish-speaking countries.
- Use technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance language learning.
- Maintain student records, progress reports, and parent communication.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Spanish, Foreign Languages, or related field.
- Certification or Diploma in Spanish Language (DELE/B2/C1 preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Cambridge/IB curriculum will be an added advantage.
