About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud-enabled applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python frameworks, database design, API development, and modern software engineering practices.
Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture will be an added advantage. This role aligns with the company's focus on scalable software and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build high-performance RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party services and cloud-based solutions.
- Write clean, testable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging Python technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Excellent understanding of RESTful API design.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with ORM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with Redis, Celery, or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Scikit-learn, or OpenAI APIs.
- Exposure to Generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
