As part of our aggressive expansion in India, we are seeking a high-impact Regional Head to lead national strategy through our Master Distributor network and strategic channel partnerships.
Role Overview
As the Regional Head – India, you will own the growth, performance, and strategic direction of SAMESG across India. This is a leadership role that requires managing our Master Distributor, expanding partner ecosystems, driving enterprise client acquisition, and shaping ESG adoption across sectors. You will act as the bridge between SAM Corporate HQ and the Indian market, ensuring alignment, performance, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Master Distributor relationship, ensuring accountability, training, sales target alignment, and regional expansion.

Build and oversee a national channel ecosystem including resellers, consulting partners, and ESG advisors.

Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for ESG solutions across sectors: BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and more.

Ensure quarterly revenue targets are met through effective partner performance tracking and field enablement.

Act as the ESG subject-matter expert in India—represent SAMESG in key forums, government initiatives, and regulatory dialogues (BRSR, SEBI, MCA, RBI, etc.).

Provide market intelligence, client feedback, and regulatory insights to SAM Corporate for continuous solution refinement.

Lead strategic enterprise engagements and support partners in closing key accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in ESG, SaaS, compliance tech, or enterprise software distribution in India.

Proven track record in channel sales leadership and distributor/partner ecosystem management.

Strong understanding of ESG compliance frameworks (GRI, SASB, BRSR, CDP, CSRD).

Experience working with mid-large enterprises, regulatory bodies, and sustainability leaders.

Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills with a strategic mindset.
