About the Role This is a senior development role responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced applications and data-driven solutions within the Technology team. The role requires deep expertise in Python, data engineering, and AI/GenAI, with a focus on delivering scalable, innovative solutions to complex business problems. The individual will drive end-to-end development efforts and lead engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced applications and data-driven solutions
- Drive end-to-end development efforts

- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives
- Design and deploy machine learning systems across training, inference, and monitoring
- Mentor teams and lead technical initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Develop scalable applications, including AI/ML systems with 7–10+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in Python and data libraries like NumPy, Pandas, etc.
- Proven experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks and their practical application in enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and data engineering concepts
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
