Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Execution
● Scheduling & Posting: Manage the daily posting schedule across all platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X) using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
● Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages across social channels,
providing timely responses and escalating queries to the support team when necessary.
● Telegram & WhatsApp Management: Regularly share daily quizzes, PDF links, and
exam alerts across our Telegram channels and WhatsApp groups.
● YouTube Community Tab: Update the YouTube community tab with polls, links to new
videos, and daily motivation posts.
2. Operational & Routine Tasks
● Content Coordination: Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to
ensure all creative assets are ready for scheduled campaigns.
● Data Entry & Reporting: Update daily/weekly performance trackers (Likes, Shares,
Reach, Follower Growth) to help the team analyze trends.
● Email, SMS & Push Campaigns: Execute routine email, push and SMS marketing
campaigns based on templates provided by the senior strategy team.
● Link Management: Ensure all "Link in Bio" and promotional links are updated and
functioning correctly across all platforms.
Skills & Requirements
● Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of how Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and
YouTube work from a business perspective. Knowledge of customer engagement
platforms like CleverTap & MoEngage is a bonus.
● Basic Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, Google
Sheets/Excel, and basic Canva for minor quick edits.
● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in proofreading captions and ensuring links
are correct (critical for the "mundane" but essential tasks).
● Communication: Ability to write clear, concise, and error-free captions in both English
and Hindi.
● Consistency: The ability to perform repetitive daily tasks with high quality and a positive
attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
