Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between management and staff, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensuring company policies align with labor laws and regulations.
- Training & Development: Organizing workshops, skill-building programs, and career growth opportunities.
- Performance Management: Overseeing appraisals, setting KPIs, and supporting managers in evaluating staff.
- Payroll & Benefits: Handling compensation, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
