Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee spice grinding operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food industry regulations.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet daily targets.
- Train and guide workers on best practices and operational safety.
- Maintain records of production, raw materials, and finished goods.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in spice grinding or food processing is preferred.
- Knowledge of grinding machinery and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with industry safety and hygiene standards.
