We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the inspection and quality control of fabrication components and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management system (QMS) implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure that all products meet industry and customer standards.
Quality Management & Inspection
- Lead and oversee the quality control process for fabricated components and assembly inspections.
- Develop and implement inspection procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, or other relevant standards.
