QualificationsThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily business operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and internal/external communications.
- Organize business and personal schedules, events, and appointments as required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain confidential records and important documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Manage office administration and assist with special projects and event coordination.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic budgeting when required.
Required Skills & Qualification
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to the Director
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
