Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced IT Sales Closer / Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling qualified leads, understanding client requirements, and successfully closing deals for IT and digital services.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills along with the ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound qualified leads effectively.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Present and pitch company services including websites, mobile applications, software solutions, and digital services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and negotiations.
Convert leads into successful business deals through strategic follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and generate reports.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Guide and support junior sales executives when required (for Manager role).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Sales Closing, or Business Development roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a strong advantage).
Proven experience in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS products, websites, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
Ability to handle multiple clients and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.

Good to Have
Experience in SaaS, software services, or digital marketing sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Experience handling international clients and remote sales processes.
Leadership or team handling experience (preferred for Sales Manager role).
