Key Responsibilities QA Solutioning & Consulting Drive end-to-end QA solutioning for banking and financial services programs. Define enterprise-level QA strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps. Participate in client discussions to understand business and technology challenges and propose appropriate QA solutions. Recommend modernization initiatives across automation, DevOps, AI-led testing, and quality engineering practices. Provide consulting support for digital transformation and testing maturity initiatives. Pre-Sales & Estimation Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution validation, and effort estimation. Review and validate QA proposals, assumptions, staffing models, and delivery approaches. Create solution decks, estimations, capability presentations, and client proposals. Collaborate with sales and account teams during pursuit and proposal phases. Automation & Quality Engineering Design scalable automation strategies across UI, API, mobile, and backend testing. Evaluate and recommend automation tools/frameworks aligned to client ecosystems. Guide teams on CI/CD-integrated testing approaches and shift-left quality practices. Promote reusable accelerators and automation best practices. AI & Emerging Technologies Drive adoption of AI-enabled QA practices and intelligent test optimization approaches. Explore GenAI and Agentic AI use cases within software testing lifecycle. Learn and adapt to emerging AI-based quality engineering platforms and methodologies. Banking Domain Leadership Work closely with banking stakeholders across Retail Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, Treasury, or Core Banking programs. Understand regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations within banking QA engagements. Translate banking business requirements into effective quality assurance strategies. Stakeholder & Team Management Engage with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams. Mentor QA teams on solution thinking and consulting-orie
