Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, maintaining service quality, and expanding business opportunities within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Business Management
- Manage day-to-day branch operations to achieve business goals
- Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions when required
- Ensure there are no revenue leakages within the branch
- Analyse budgets and expenses to improve cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Develop and implement business plans for optimal use of resources
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Client & Service Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service delivery
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong client relationships
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards
Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff to maximize performance
- Provide leadership and direction to the branch operations team
- Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of employees
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and development planning
- Create a positive and productive work environment
Reporting & Coordination
- Review supervisory reports and take necessary corrective actions
- Conduct regular meetings with management to discuss performance and opportunities
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure quality assurance across all operational areas
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / MSW
- Experience: Relevant experience in branch management or operations (preferred)

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 per month
- Additional statutory benefits as per company policy
