Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated International Business Development Executive to generate and close new business from markets including the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and Europe — entirely through online channels.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential international clients via LinkedIn, cold email, Upwork, Clutch, and similar platforms
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from international prospects
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals
- Negotiate and close projects in software development, mobile apps, eCommerce, and digital marketing
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and report weekly lead/conversion updates
- Build long-term relationships with international clients and identify upsell opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in international IT sales or digital agency business development
- Excellent written and spoken English — non-negotiable
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of web, mobile, and eCommerce services
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at a digital agency or IT services company
- Experience managing Clutch or GoodFirms profiles
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
