We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele caller to promote and sell our software products/services through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a good understanding of software solutions or IT products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads generated via digital marketing, referrals, and other sources.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions based on our software offerings.
- Schedule product demos or forward qualified leads to the sales/technical team.
- Maintain and update customer database with call logs and other relevant information.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any product-related concerns promptly.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing team on customer trends and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum qualification: bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Excellent verbal communication skills English
· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve goals.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
