The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling financial products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments. The role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends to provide clients with the best investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and assess their financial needs.
- Advise clients on suitable financial instruments based on their risk appetite and investment goals.
- Drive sales by converting leads into long-term clients.
- Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Stay updated on financial markets, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting various financial products.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored investment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Certifications: Any recognized financial certification (e.g., NISM, CFP, CFA, AMFI, IRDA, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience: Fresher/experienced
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client servicing.
