Call Centre & Admin Executive
Location: Nagpur
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Saturday from 2 pm to 11 pm.
Salary: 24K per month.
Essential Requirement:
Excellent English with clear and neutral accent
Strong command over grammar and communication
Ability to understand UK accents (England & Scotland)
Previous experience with UK clients preferred
Experience in call centre/customer service/admin role
Good organisational and multitasking skills
Basic computer knowledge
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based clients, and manage appointment bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Process payments, issue invoices and receipts- Manage Bookkeeping with Xero software.
- Coordinate communication between patients and physiotherapists
- Assist with managing clinic supplies and stock orders
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support marketing and social media efforts as needed
- Support to expand and grow the business.
- Open to new idea and Plan/Process/Implement ideas for new Business in UK and in india.
- Work with the directors on new ideas and implement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Essential)
- Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office and appointment systems (Essential)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy clinic environment (Essential)
- Discretion and confidentiality with patient information (Essential)
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude (Essential)
