Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales, expanding the dealer network, increasing market share, and achieving revenue targets for EV two-wheelers within the assigned territory. The ASM will lead dealer development, monitor sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement sales strategies to strengthen the company's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for EV two-wheelers.
Identify, appoint, and develop new dealerships and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Drive retail sales by planning promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.
Monitor dealer performance, inventory levels, and order planning.
Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure business growth and operational excellence.
Train dealer sales teams on product features, EV technology, financing options, and sales techniques.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with service, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries.
Resolve dealer and customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and business reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
Experience:
4–8 years of sales experience in the Automobile, EV, Two-Wheeler, Automotive, or FMCG industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer or channel sales management.
Experience in EV sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:

Knowledge of the EV industry, electric mobility, and two-wheeler market.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
