- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration and analytics solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
