Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager / Plant Head for Single Stage ISBM operations and overall plant production management. The candidate should have strong expertise in processing, troubleshooting, mould handling, maintenance, machinery operations, utility management, and rejection control in a plastic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete Single Stage ISBM production operations.
- Manage machine processing parameters and production troubleshooting.
- Expertise in mould handling, mould changing, and mould maintenance.
- Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
- Ensure smooth operation of machines, utilities, and production equipment.
- Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and wastage control.
- Reduce rejection levels and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage manpower, shift operations, and production planning.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch departments.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality systems, and production targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in Single Stage ISBM operations is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of processing, troubleshooting, mould handling, and maintenance.
- Experience in plastic/packaging manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
- Ability to independently manage overall production activities.
- Candidates willing to relocate and settle in Haryana (Kablana) will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ISBM production and manufacturing.
Preferred Age Group
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, or related field preferred.
Job Location
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
