Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve complaints, address customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and the maturity to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Receive, record, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Follow up with customers regarding complaint status and resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and empathetic communication.
- Meet daily and monthly customer service targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong customer service and grievance-handling skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, grievance handling, or customer care.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and escalations is preferred.
