Job Summary
We are looking for an Experienced GeM E-Procurement Manager to manage Zomono’s complete government tendering and e-procurement cycle. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating tenders, preparing bids, managing GeM activities, coordinating order execution, and following up on government payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Identify and evaluate relevant GeM bids and government tenders.
- Study NITs, BOQs, technical specifications and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
- Manage tender documentation, declarations, authorizations and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with management for pricing and commercial approvals.
- Track EMD, PBG, security deposits and other contractual requirements.
- Manage government POs from order → supply → installation → acceptance → invoice → payment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
- Track government receivables and follow up for timely payments.
- Monitor corrigendum, amendments, deadlines and tender communications.
- Maintain accurate bid, order and payment trackers.
- Identify high-value government procurement opportunities and monitor competitors/market trends.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in GeM, government procurement or e-tendering.
- Strong understanding of GeM bidding, BOQ, L1/L2 pricing and tender conditions.
- Experience in preparing technical and financial bids.
- Good knowledge of GST and commercial documentation.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Graduate in any discipline; BCom/BBA/MBA or procurement qualification preferred.
