Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can independently generate leads, close high-value deals, and expand our business in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through effective deal closure
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence
- Manage and mentor a small sales/business development team
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans for clients
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reporting accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution after deal closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT/Education/Services preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required)
- Experience in handling international clients is mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Leadership qualities with team management experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant field
