Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Gallery Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our flagship gallery. This is more than a retail management role—it is an opportunity to create memorable customer experiences, drive luxury sales, build relationships with architects and designers, and ensure the gallery reflects the highest standards of the Ziba brand.
The ideal candidate has experience in luxury retail, furniture, interiors, art galleries, or premium lifestyle brands and enjoys building long-term client relationships while managing a high-performing team. Luxury furniture showrooms increasingly emphasize relationship-led sales, CRM, merchandising, and end-to-end customer experience, making these core responsibilities for the role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Convert walk-in customers into long-term clients.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI customers.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations.
- Generate repeat business through proactive client follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate orders, and close sales.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Manage bespoke furniture enquiries from concept through delivery.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Gallery Operations
- Oversee day-to-day gallery operations.
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained at all times.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate deliveries, installations, and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Ensure pricing, product information, and displays are always updated.
CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Track enquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor gallery expenses and operational budgets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams.
Marketing & Events
- Support gallery events and product launches.
- Host architects, designers, and VIP clients.
- Coordinate photoshoots and content creation with the marketing team.
- Build partnerships with the local design community.
Skills & QualificationsRequired
- 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, furniture, interiors, art galleries, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with bespoke furniture or luxury interiors.
- Existing network of architects and interior designers.
- Knowledge of marble, natural stone, furniture, or luxury home décor.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
