About the Role
Mynd & Bloom is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing inventory, warehouse staff, dispatch, and stock movement efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and operations teams.
- Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Implement and maintain safety and security procedures.
- Handle stock discrepancies, damages, and returns.
- Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory/ERP software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
