Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform daily inspection of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Attend guest room maintenance complaints promptly.
- Electrical panels and generators
- Chillers and air-conditioning systems
- Boilers and hot water systems
- Pumps and water treatment plants
- Maintain logbooks and maintenance records.
