Control Tower Executive .
Role: Monitor and manage end-to-end shipment operations to ensure timely deliveries and resolve transportation issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and vehicle movement in real time.
- Monitor delivery performance and identify delays.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and customers.
- Resolve shipment exceptions and escalate critical issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational procedures.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tracking systems.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; logistics/supply chain experience with 1 year - 2 year is preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
