About the Role
ClickRetina is hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication through live chat, WhatsApp, and email. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve client queries efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via Live Chat, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, orders, and account-related queries.
- Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until their queries are resolved.
- Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and support tickets.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
- Meet response time and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, Client Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and written communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and internet applications.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary
- Up to ₹15,000 per month (depending on interview performance and experience).
