Aesthetic Therapist – Job Description
Position: Aesthetic Therapist
Location: Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar
Experience: 1-5 Years (Freshers with relevant training may apply)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Aesthetic Therapist to provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments, assist doctors during procedures, and ensure an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as:
- HydraFacial
- Medi-facials
- Chemical peels (as per clinic protocol)
- Laser hair reduction (if trained and authorized)
- Skin rejuvenation therapies
- Microdermabrasion
- Conduct basic skin analysis and explain treatment plans.
- Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- Assist dermatologists/aesthetic physicians during advanced procedures.
- Maintain treatment records, consent forms, and photographs.
- Ensure proper sterilization, hygiene, and infection-control practices.
- Operate and maintain aesthetic equipment safely.
- Recommend skincare products and treatment packages.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment progress.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Aesthetic Therapy, Cosmetology, or Clinical Cosmetology.
- Experience with HydraFacial, laser, and aesthetic devices preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
- Knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
Preferred Skills
- Upselling and treatment package counseling.
- Experience with aesthetic devices such as HydraFacial, RF Microneedling, Diode Laser, or IPL systems.
- Ability to manage patient queries and follow-ups.
Salary Range (Delhi NCR)
- Fresher: ₹20,000–30,000/month
- 1–3 years: ₹25,000–40,000/month
- Experienced therapist with laser/HydraFacial expertise: ₹40,000–70,000+/month

- Aesthetic Physician
- Clinic Manager
Note: The Aesthetic Therapist role focuses on non-surgical treatments and assisting clinicians. Medical diagnosis, prescription of medicines, and procedures requiring a registered medical practitioner must be performed by appropriately qualified doctors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
