Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and build a strong foundation in corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data and create reports using Excel
- Help with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation
- Support audits and compliance-related work
- Conduct basic market and financial research
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / SAP
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and financial presentations
- Prior internship or project experience (optional)
