SMEC Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer cum Personality Development Trainer to join our team in Kaloor, Kochi.
The ideal candidate should be capable of training students and professionals in communication, personality development, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and career readiness skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging soft skills and personality development training sessions.
- Train students on communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, and confidence building.
- Deliver sessions on interview techniques, group discussions, and corporate etiquette.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials, activities, and assessment modules.
- Coordinate with placement and academic teams to improve student employability.
- Conduct mock interviews and career guidance sessions.
- Track student progress and maintain training reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Soft Skills Training, Personality Development, Edtech, or Corporate Training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Knowledge of corporate culture and employability skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
