Job Summary
Innovative Generations Institute (IG) is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on cybersecurity training to students, professionals, and corporate clients. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering practical training sessions, developing learning materials, mentoring learners, and ensuring students acquire industry-relevant cybersecurity skills aligned with current best practices.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Deliver instructor-led classroom, online, and hybrid cybersecurity training.
- Teach both theoretical concepts and practical cybersecurity skills.
- Facilitate hands-on labs, simulations, and cybersecurity exercises.
- Conduct workshops for schools, universities, corporate clients, and government organizations.
- Adapt training delivery according to learner experience levels.

- Ensure alignment with industry certifications where applicable.
Student Support
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
- Provide technical guidance during practical sessions.
- Support learners in preparing for cybersecurity certification exams.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and academic progress.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve learner performance.
Assessment
- Design quizzes, practical assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate student projects and practical demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate assessment and attendance records.
- Submit timely learner progress reports.
Corporate Training
- Deliver customized cybersecurity awareness and technical training for organizations.
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness sessions for employees.
- Tailor content based on organizational requirements.
- Participate in client meetings when required.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure training quality meets institute standards.
- Follow training schedules and academic policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of learner information.
- Ensure lab safety and responsible use of cybersecurity tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹750.00 per hour
