We're Hiring | Client Coordinator / Telecaller
Location: Malad West, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives on Successful Sales Closures (Please apply only if you are comfortable with this salary range)
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and organized Sales Coordinator / Telecaller to join our growing team. If you enjoy speaking with people, following up with leads, and supporting a dynamic sales team, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Attend inbound calls and respond to enquiries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with existing leads.
- Reach out to new hotels and prospective clients daily to introduce our services.
- Schedule appointments, Google Meet calls, and in-person meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure every enquiry is accurately recorded and followed up in a timely manner.
- Generate new leads and regularly update the lead database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Focus on lead management, relationship building, and appointment booking.
Daily Expectations
- Complete the assigned number of outbound, follow-up, and prospecting calls each day.
- Update all lead statuses in Google Sheets before the end of the workday.
- Ensure no customer enquiry or follow-up is missed.
- Maintain accurate records and professional communication at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Marathi, Gujarati, or any additional language is an added advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and CRM-style data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive in following up with leads.
Travel
Occasional travel outside Mumbai may be required. All approved travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be fully covered by the company.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
