We are looking for a dedicated and organized Candidate to handle backend student queries and post-admission support. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for existing students, resolving their non-academic doubts, managing schedules, and assisting the Senior Counselling team in smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Query Handling: Resolve student doubts and queries regarding class schedules, batch changes, study material access, and portal logins via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Senior Counsellor Support: Assist the Senior Counsellor by handling the day-to-day operations and coordination, freeing up their time for core counselling.
- Issue Escalation: Coordination with the technical team or faculty if a student faces software or academic-related issues, ensuring quick resolution.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Ability to listen carefully to student grievances, analyze the root cause, and provide quick, logical solutions under pressure.
- Effective Multichannel Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English). Professional etiquette over phone calls, formal emails, and WhatsApp Business.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets (data filtering, tracking, formulas).
- Student-Centric Approach & Emotional Intelligence: High level of patience, empathy, and active listening to handle anxious, confused, or stressed students politely and professionally.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong multitasking abilities to seamlessly liaise between students, faculty, technical teams, and senior management for quick query resolution.
- Time Management & Ownership: Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability to follow up on open student issues until they are completely resolved.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Student Coordinator, or Backend operations (preferably in the education/coaching sector) will be highly preferred.
