Senior Sales Executive
SaaS Sales| Lead Generation | No Travel
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and self-reliant Sales Executive with 1-3 years of hands-on SaaS sales experience to join our growing team. This is a pure-play, outbound-focused sales role centred entirely on building a healthy pipeline through geography specific lead generation — no travel required. You will be expected to hit the ground running from day one, own your numbers, and consistently deliver without hand-holding.

▪ Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Own end-to-end outbound lead generation across target geographies — identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
▪ Conduct in-depth research using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other prospecting tools to identify high-value accounts and decision-makers.
▪ Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) with compelling, personalized messaging tailored to each prospect.
▪ Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and pipeline status in the CRM.
▪ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets and conversion KPIs.
▪ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify new verticals or geographies for outreach.
▪ Independently manage the full SDR/AE cycle — from initial outreach to discovery calls — and hand off qualified opportunities to senior stakeholders where applicable.
▪ Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving SaaS landscape to inform smarter prospecting.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Skills
▪ 2-3 years of proven SaaS sales experience with a strong, measurable track record in outbound lead generation.
▪ Hands-on proficiency with Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha — these are non-negotiable and will be tested during the interview process.
▪ Demonstrated ability to work independently and generate results from day one without requiring onboarding support or continuous guidance.
▪ Experience running geography outreach across segments such as North America or Europe
▪ Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and maintaining clean pipeline hygiene.
Communication
▪ Excellent spoken English with clear diction and confident articulation — essential for discovery calls, demos, and stakeholder conversations across geographies.
▪ Strong written communication skills; ability to craft crisp, persuasive outreach copy that drives response rates.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
