KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead, supervise and allocate daily work to Electricians, Technicians and field maintenance teams.
· Plan and coordinate electrical and civil activities for Metro Pillar advertising board installations and maintenance.
· Take end-to-end responsibility from site planning, installation and commissioning to final handover and maintenance.
· Supervise installation, dismantling, shifting, modification, repair and replacement of advertising boards and related electrical systems.
· Inspect wiring, cables, DBs, lighting systems, LED/signage components, electrical fittings, mounting arrangements and associated equipment.
· Identify electrical faults, attend breakdowns and ensure prompt troubleshooting and rectification.
· Coordinate with civil teams for pillar works, mounting structures, brackets, fixtures, drilling, fixing and minor repair activities.
· Conduct regular site inspections across Bengaluru and ensure all advertising boards remain safe, functional and presentable.
· Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of planned maintenance activities.
· Coordinate with BMRCL/site representatives, contractors, vendors and internal project teams whenever required.
· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, site requirements and company standards.
· Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and work quality at multiple sites.
· Maintain proper records of site visits, completed works, breakdowns, pending issues, materials used and maintenance status.
· Prepare daily/weekly work-progress and maintenance reports for management.
· Plan material and tool requirements and coordinate timely availability at sites.
· Verify completed work before closure and ensure proper documentation and handover.
· Respond to urgent field complaints and breakdowns and coordinate immediate corrective action.
· Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions at all work locations.
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
· Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable site safety requirements.
· Ensure electricians and technicians use appropriate PPE and safe working practices.
· Verify isolation, shutdown and other safety precautions before electrical maintenance work.
· Ensure proper barricading, access control and safe working practices wherever required at public/traffic-sensitive locations.
· Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, damages or major technical issues to management.
· Ensure no unauthorized or unsafe electrical modifications are carried out at project sites.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
· 3–7 years of relevant experience in electrical supervision, field maintenance or infrastructure projects.
· Proven experience managing electricians, technicians and field teams.
· Strong practical knowledge of electrical wiring, lighting, cables, DBs, electrical fittings and fault finding.
· Experience in outdoor advertising, signage, hoardings, metro projects, infrastructure, commercial electrical works or similar field operations is preferred.
· Basic knowledge of civil works, structural fixing and maintenance is preferred.
· Ability to manage multiple sites and teams across Bengaluru.
· Good communication, coordination, reporting and team-management skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru for field/site requirements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be a technically strong, disciplined and proactive supervisor who can independently manage field teams and take ownership of electrical and civil maintenance activities. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple Bengaluru locations, coordinating with different stakeholders, handling urgent breakdowns and ensuring that every assigned advertising board is completed and maintained to the required standard.

COMPENSATION & JOINING
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
