As a Support Analyst, you will serve as a technical and functional resource supporting Data Migration and Data Governance solutions. You will work closely with customers, consultants, software engineers, QA engineers, Product Management, and Cloud Operations teams to troubleshoot issues, validate data quality, and support customer implementations. The ideal candidate is experienced in enterprise data concepts, ERP systems, and business processes. While prior Data Governance experience is desirable, a strong background in data management, data migration, ERP data structures, and customer support is more important.

Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues relating to Data Migration and Data Governance solutions.
- Analyze data quality, transformation, mapping, loading, and integration issues.
- Validate migrated and governed data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Execute data verification, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis activities.
- Support customers with data mapping, transformation logic, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, Consulting, and CloudOps teams to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
- Participate in defect triage, release validation, and operational readiness reviews.
- Monitor support tickets and provide timely customer communication and resolution updates.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical support, software support, QA, consulting, or data analysis roles.
- Experience working with enterprise data and relational databases.
- Understanding of data migration, ETL concepts, data validation, and data quality processes.
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems.
- Strong SQL and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), or Data Quality initiatives.
- Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience with Jira, service management, and ticketing systems.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and SaaS applications.
- Python or scripting experience for data analysis and troubleshooting.
