We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our building and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, according to blueprints, and up to quality standards. You will manage sub-contractors, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain a highly organized, safe work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse sub-contractors and field crews with a firm but fair leadership style.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure to solve on-site spatial or logistical conflicts.
