Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading centre for infertility treatment.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ward Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage nursing staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff within the ward
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols
- Monitor patient records, treatment plans, and nursing documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient care
- Manage ward inventory, equipment, and hygiene standards
- Handle patient and bystander concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hospital setting
- Prior experience as Ward Incharge / Senior Staff Nurse preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
