We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit, JioMart, and other emerging channels. The role involves managing end-to-end marketplace performance including listing optimization, advertising strategy, inventory planning, pricing, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve product visibility, and maximize revenue across all e-commerce platforms.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit, and JioMart.
- Lead the onboarding and launch of new products and brands across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product listings including images, videos, and A+ content.
- Ensure all product listings comply with platform-specific policies and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and marketplace presence.
- Develop and implement strategies for product listing optimization to improve search ranking and visibility.
- Oversee product content including titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and catalog quality.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to identify suppression issues, compliance gaps, or optimization opportunities.
- Monitor category trends and competitor listings to improve product positioning.
- Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns across platforms such as:
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Flipkart Ads (PLA, PPC campaigns)
- Quick commerce advertising platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.)
- Optimize ad performance to improve ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with business goals and product launches.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory planning and product availability.
- Monitor pricing strategies, promotions, and marketplace discounts to remain competitive and maximize Buy Box win rates.
- Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities to scale high-performing products.
- Analyze marketplace performance including sales trends, ad performance, conversion rates, and customer insights.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
- Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards for data analysis and reporting.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall marketplace performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, preferably with D2C brands.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace platforms.
- Experience managing marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or Tata 1MG.
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
- Understanding of SEO, product content optimization, and marketplace algorithms.
