️ Responsibilities
Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and monetization trends across products like Sikka, Offerwall, and Immersive Ads.
Build dashboards and reports to track key product and revenue metrics.
Conduct funnel, cohort, and retention analysis to identify growth opportunities and user drop-offs.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments.
Monitor monetization metrics such as eCPM, CTR, ARPU, ARPDAU, conversion rates, and reward redemption performance.
Identify anomalies, fraud patterns, and revenue leakages through data analysis.
Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to drive data-backed decisions.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Growth Analytics.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools.
Hands-on experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analytics platforms.
Experience analyzing mobile app data, user journeys, funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics.
Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Strong understanding of product metrics such as DAU, MAU, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, and Conversion Rates.
✨ Bonus Points
Exposure to Kafka or streaming data pipelines.
Working knowledge of Redis or in-memory caching tools.
Experience in A/B testing design and evaluation.
Familiarity with TensorFlow or HuggingFace for model experimentation.
